At Arkezon Grading, we are constantly working to keep our services fair, transparent, and professional. This November, we are introducing several important updates:

We Are Looking for Streamers!

Arkezon is expanding its network and we are officially looking for new streamers to partner with.
We invite our community to encourage their favorite streamers to join the Arkezon Partner Program.

🎁 Referral Reward:
You will receive 10 graded cards (or the option to grade 10 of your own cards) only when the streamer you referred submits an order of at least 50 cards
Spread the word and help us grow the Arkezon family!

FREE GRADING !

​

With the discount code MYCARD, customers can grade their favorite card completely free of charge.

The code is valid once per customer and once per address only.

​

In case of any misuse or violation of these terms, the graded card will not be returned to the customer until the full grading service fee has been paid.

This offer is valid for the Silver service only.

​

Submission Deadline Policy

Starting this month, all submissions must arrive within the following timeframe:

• 30 days from payment for submissions sent from the United Kingdom

• 45 days from payment for international submissions

If a submission does not arrive within these deadlines, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
⚠️ Exception: if tracking clearly shows that the package is stuck in customs, we will grant an extension until clearance is completed.

This policy ensures fair processing times and helps us maintain a smooth workflow for all customers.
