News & Updates – October 2025

At Arkezon Grading, we are constantly working to keep our services fair, transparent, and professional. This October, we are introducing several important updates:

FREE GRADING OFFER — USE CODE: FREEGRADING

Send 10 cards for grading and get 1 graded completely FREE!
No tricks, no hidden fees — just our way of saying thank you for choosing Arkezon Grading.

Whether you’re submitting Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, or Dragon Ball cards, this offer applies to all!
Simply enter FREEGRADING at checkout and enjoy your free grade.

✨ Because at Arkezon, your passion deserves more than a grade. ✨

Streamer Codes Deactivation

All general streamer referral codes will be deactivated during October.
The reason behind this decision is to ensure a fairer marketplace for everyone. From now on, only official Arkezon Partners will have access to discounts and promotional codes.
This change prevents:

  • Unfair use of discount codes by non-partners

  • Individuals who do not operate as registered businesses (and therefore do not pay taxes) from having the same benefits as official partners

  • An imbalance in the grading ecosystem

Submission Deadline Policy

Starting this month, all submissions must arrive within the following timeframe:

  • 30 days from payment for submissions sent from the United Kingdom

  • 45 days from payment for international submissions

If a submission does not arrive within these deadlines, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
⚠️ Exception: if tracking clearly shows that the package is stuck in customs, we will grant an extension until clearance is completed.

This policy ensures fair processing times and helps us maintain a smooth workflow for all customers.

New Slab & Topps Cards

With the release of our new Arkezon slab design, we are no longer able to grade Topps cards, as they are larger than standard TCG cards.
Our new slabs are specifically designed for precision, durability, and display quality with standard TCG sizes, and grading oversized cards such as Topps would risk damaging them.
