This form helps us know in advance which cards you are sending for grading. By completing this form, we will be able to start creating your labels before the cards arrive to us.

NOTICE

Please be advised that Topps cards are not eligible for encapsulation.

Our slabs are engineered with exact tolerances specific to modern-standard Pokémon card dimensions.
Due to these dimensional differences, encapsulating Topps cards may result in damage to either the card or the slab itself.

For the same dimensional reasons, Ancient Mew cards are likewise not accepted for encapsulation.

Should any of the above-mentioned cards be submitted for grading, the amount paid for those card(s) will not be refunded, but will be issued as credit toward the customer’s next submission.
